Just noticed this when researching for my last article. I read about this site today, and I was thinking the exact same thing. Stolen ID Search is a free search engine that will check to see if your information has been stored on the internet for identity theft purposes. You just enter your SSN. I’ll let the Consumerist take it from here. I’m glad they vocalized it for me.
